Sourcing and Shipment

We source our parts from experienced manufactures all around the world. Whether you need a OEM replacement part, and original part or a secondhand part, we will use our sourcing channels to source it at a fair price, and our supply chain to ensure fast delivery, even if we do not carry stock.

We have logistics setups allowing us to hold a fast and efficient supply chain without costs explosing. This allows our sourcing specialists to move parts through the right channels, even if the requested part is only found in Europe or other continents.

We are always happy to find and quote any part that you may be looking for. If you already know the OE number, please let us know. If you do not have this information, let us know as much as possible about the part and car brand as possible. A picture of the part is always helpful in ensuring that we will find the rigth one for you!

Yes, you are very welcome to visit us and pick up ordered parts from our warehouse if your prefer to. Just let us know prior to delivery. We are open all business days 9-18.

Service & Warranty

We know that it can sometimes be a hard to know exactly which part is proken, when you are reparing a car. We are happy to offer you a full return, if you find that some parts are not needed anyways or if by mistake you ordered a wrong part. Even if you have already opened and tried to install the part, we will refund it, if you do not need it. Just contact us and let us know which parts you would like to return, and we will guide you on the process.

Yes, you surely can. Even if you have already tried to install it, we will happily take it back.

If you have an issues, please contact us and let us know the type of issues you are facing. Whether the part is defect or simply just the one you needed anyways, we will assist you. If you are having issues installing the part, our specialists will try to guide you to our best effeort.

We trust in the quality of our parts. On all new parts, original parts as well as OEM, we therefor offer two years warranty on all parts, except wear-parts such as tires, break discs and batteries.
