2-Year Warranty
All eligible parts sold by CarFixHero include a 2-year warranty. This covers manufacturer defects and functional failures under normal use.
Misuse, modifications, or improper installation voids the warranty.
To claim warranty support, email us with your order number, VIN, and a description of the issue.
Our team will verify the claim and assist with replacement or refund if appropriate.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to return the original and make a new purchase after your return is accepted.
Refunds
